    The location of the hotel was excellent. There is a metro station (Shottentor - U2 line) just next to the hotel. Easy access to all the sights. The concierge and all the other staff was helpful and polite. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was satisfactory. Overall, I was quite happy with my choice of hotel. I read other guests comments about the hotel on the internet and booked it based on these comments, which were very helpful. I am going to recommend it to friends and collegues visiting Vienna.

    Everything was satisfactory. No problems occured.

    The room was very big, with a seating area and a study. The bathroom is marble and very clean. The breakfast is big and varied. The waiters and hotel staff are extremely friendly. All speak English fluently.

    The room is old. The wires were coming out from the lamp socket which is extremely dangerous. The internet is very expensive (10 euros for 1 hour).
